Wheelchair accessibility
Our shop is fully wheelchair accessible, with a disabled toilet too. We have a large fitting room with lots of space for carers or friends/family to assist with changing. Our shop is all on one level with no stairs.
Different shopping styles for different people
Want to just browse and be left alone? You can do that! We have specific browsing times where you can turn up without an appointment, and just have a look through the rails. If something jumps out at you, you can always reserve it and book an appointment to try it on.
Pre-appointment Questionnaire
Before you come to your appointment, we want to hear from you! We want you to tell us exactly what we can do to make your bridal experience as comfortable as possible. If you want to tell us you would prefer the music is turned off, we can do it! If you want to tell us that you don’t like physical touch, we will be so mindful of that. Whatever you need, we want to hear it, and we will do everything we can to make this experience a fun one to remember forever.
If filing in forms is a bit too formal for you, we can do this over whatsapp, email, whatever you prefer.
Impulse shopper? We have you covered
Our friends with ADHD know the troubles with this one. You’ve seen a dress, you try it on, you love it, it’s the one. But what if you hate it a week later? We get it!
For this reason, we offer reservations. If you know you can’t trust yourself, reserve the dress for two weeks, you can even come and try it on again during that period. If you decide that you hate it when you wake up on day fourteen, that’s ok, come in and get your deposit back.
A welcoming space
While our stock can only be as inclusive as the donations allow, the team are a very welcoming bunch, who absolutely don't judge. We love to help alternative brides find something a little different!
